A few weeks ago we went to Boston. Part of our trip included a tour of Harpoon Brewery with our good friend and beer scientist, Mike, who works in the lab. We were excited for the tour, for obvious reasons, but also because we view Harpoon as one of the most consistent breweries in the Northeast. From brewing and fermenting to kegging and bottling, the brewery has an impressive operation. The beer, of course, was the best part. We had the chance to try a barrel aged common, a pepper corn saison, and some super fresh IPA out of the fermenter.
It was an awesome day.
