Tuesday’s Beer Dinner at the Vanderbilt

On Tuesday The Vanderbilt restaurant is having another beer dinner, this time featuring brews from Peak Organic Brewing Company, based out of Portland, Maine. Here’s the menu:
Lone Acre Farms Vegetable Salad 
Raw, Cooked, and Pickled vegetables, Herb emulsion 
Paired with Weiss Principal
Country Fried Veal Sweetbreads
Lone Acre peas and pea shoots, Homemade guanciale
Paired with King Crimson
Fleischer’s Pork Loin and Crisp Belly 
Beans, Pickled peppers, Arugula
Paired with Peak Organic IPA
Buttermilk Panna Cotta  
Blueberry, Streusel
