Following up their American Craft Beer Festival at the Lexington Armory in March, Handcrafted Tasting Co. is hosting their first outdoor event with the Brooklyn Waterfront Beer Festival in Williamsburg this Saturday. The location should be simply stunning, especially for the night session as the sun sets over the Manhattan skyline with temperatures forecasted in the 70’s. Once again there is an impressive beer list of primarily American craft beer. Local breweries are taking the opportunity to bring some of their most refreshing and highly regarded beers like Sixpoint Apollo, Greenport Harbor Summer Ale, Keegan Ales Old Captial, Brooklyn Brewery Radius, and Southampton Double White. Handcrafted Tasting Co. is pairing up again with several local food vendors like Sheep Station, The Brooklyn Star, and Cool Haus Ice Cream Sandwich Truck.
The Connoisseurs Lounge will get you access to a specially curated list of rare beers like Founders Double Trouble, Captain Lawrence Golden Delicious, and Kelso’s Brett IPA to go with dishes like pulled pork and pork meatballs from MexiBBQ.
There are a range of ticket options if you don’t want to go all out for the Connoisseurs Lounge. Regular admission tickets are $55 in advance or $65 at the door. Sessions run from 1:30 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9:30 p.m. with an extra hour added to the beginning for anyone who buys a VIP ($75/85) or Connoisseur ticket ($125/135).
