Grand Central Celebrates its Centennial with Hops

This year marks the 100th anniversary for Grand Central Terminal and on Monday, February 4 the NYC institution will be celebrating with a beer dinner at Michael Jordan’s Steakhouse that will feature beers brewed with Centennial hops. Justin Philips, owner of Beer Table Pantry in Grand Central, will lead diners through pairings that focus on Centennial hops and popular dishes from 1913. The dishes do look to be rich and the bright flavors that Centennial hops impart should play well off things like maple glazed bacon salad.
