The weekend before Thanksgiving this year, fit in some last-minute beer drinking fun before holiday craziness sets in. The Hand Crafted Tasting Company is back this November 23 and 24 with it’s winter seasonal festival: Winter Harvest.
Taking place at the Lexington Avenue Armory, this time around the festival will be split into three sessions. Two on Saturday the 23rd (2 to 4:30 p.m. and 7 to 9:30 p.m.) and one on Sunday the 24th (2 to 4:30 p.m.).
“Our NYC Craft Beer Festival guests most-loved venue is the Lexington Armory. And due to the fact that building codes have recently changed for the Armory, the occupancy is reduced. Our guests will have much more room to breathe during the tasting, and we added a third Sunday afternoon session to accommodate demand,” said Ken Tesler, founder of Hand Crafted Tasting Co., in a press release.
As with every Hand Crafted Tasting festival, tickets are offered in three tiers: Connoisseur, VIP and General Admission. Connoisseur and VIP ticket holders are granted an extra hour to taste beers, and Connoisseurs have access to an exclusive lounge.
The beer selections (again curated by the team here at BeerUnion) will be from 75 craft breweries, pouring around 150 beers, many of them winter seasonals.
Food will be available for purchase from Morris Grilled Cheese, Carl’s Cheese Steaks, and El Paso Tacos.
The Lexington Avenue Armory is located at 68 Lexington Ave between 25th and 26th streets.
