Adirondack Brewing at Proletariat

While New York City sees a lot of local brews we don’t often get to taste beers from the some of the state’s far regions like the Finger Lakes and the Adirondacks. On Friday, January 17, at 6 p.m. Proletariat will host a guided tasting of beers from Adirondack Brewery. One of the older active craft brewers in the state, Adirondack Brewery in picturesque Lake George has been in operation since 1999. Brewer Josh Knowlton and sales manager Laura Stevens will come down to the city with five beers. Flights of 5 ounce pours of each beer will cost $20. Here are the beers:

Dirty Blond Ale 4.5% ABV
Hoppy Red Rye 7% ABV
Coffee Stout 5% ABV
Barrel Aged Fat Scotsman 10.6%
Blackberry Oatmeal Cream Stout 6.2%
